💙 A Tribute to Frank De Luca

 — a passionate supporter of the sport — and the eldest of 2 brothers behind Black Bear Tyres Australia's journey.

​Before his passing in 2021, Frank had begun laying the foundations for our first official off-road event. He believed deeply in building a community where racers felt supported, where newcomers were welcomed, and where sportsmanship thrived.
