Hello! Here are our Terms & Conditions for the Black Bear & Mark Ma Tyres "K'gari Beach Escape" Competition.

Consumer Entry T & Cs

1. Conditions of entry:

   1. Must have purchased a set of 4x Black Bear or Mark Ma tyres between the 1st October to 30th November 2022 (all entries will be checked and validated. A confirmation receipt may be requested for proof of purchase.)

   2. Must be following Black Bear Tyres Australia & K'gari Beach Resort on Instagram to qualify.

   3. Bonus entry if entrant supplies a photo of their 4wd showing the Black Bear or Mark Ma tyres on their vehicle.

2. Entry is open to Australian residents only.

3. Promotion commences 1st October - midnight 30th November 2022.

4. Prizes are not transferable.

5. Winner is selected via random draw and will be notified via Email, Phone or Instagram. In the event that the winner does not respond within 48hrs, Black Bear Tyres Australia will do a redraw.

6. Each entrant acknowledges that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. In participating in this promotion entrants are providing information to Black Bear Tyres Australia and not to Facebook or Instagram. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases Facebook from any and all liability in relation to this promotion.

7. Entrants confirm and promise that their entry, including their information and photos, is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any our person or  third party. Further, entrants agree that ownership of any intellectual property rights in their entry, is assigned to Black Bear Tyres Australia without the payment of any further fee or compensation.

8. Entrants acknowledge that the Black Bear Tyres Australia may use their entry, during the Promotional Period and afterwards, in any manner Black Bear Tyres Australia sees fit including to encourage others to enter the competition on Instagram, Facebook and Black Bear Tyres Australia website.

9. Entrants acknowledge that any use of their entry by Black Bear Tyres Australia during the Promotional Period does not constitute endorsement of their entry or guarantee that their entry will be shortlisted or will win a prize.

10. Entrants agree to sign any further documentation required by the Promoter to give effect to this arrangement as a precondition to being awarded their prize. To the extent permitted by law, entrants unconditionally and irrevocably consent to any act or omission that would otherwise infringe any moral rights in their entry. Entrants warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights.

11. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant whom the promoter believes either has tampered with the entry process, or has submitted an entry otherwise than in accordance with these conditions of entry.

PRIZE T & Cs  

2 prizes will be given away in total - 1x to a Black Bear dealer/supplier and 1x to a Consumer/Customer:

Each prize includes: 2 nights accommodation in a standard resort room at K'gari Beach Resort for 2 people max., daily buffet breakfast for 2, and return vehicle barge. Each prize valued at approx. $900​

1. 1x voucher will be randomly drawn from entries from consumer that has purchased within the t&c's and with validation of purchase.

2. 1x voucher will be randomly drawn for a dealer that has complied to TWT Australia Pty Ltd terms and conditions listed below.

3. This voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking and cannot be taken during Australian school holiday periods, public holidays or long weekends.

4. Hotel accommodation upgrades are available at own expense unless stated above and subject to availability at time of booking. 

5. Additional voucher inclusion upgrades are available at own expense unless stated above and subject to availability at time of booking.

6. This voucher is not valid with any other offer, is not transferable or redeemable for cash and must be taken intact. If lost or misplaced, vouchers will not be replaced.

7. Inclusion(s) not utilised, is non-refundable. Monetary value of the inclusions cannot be used for any upgrades or in replacement of services not included in the voucher.

8. This voucher does not include travel, fuel or any other expenses other than outlined and the winner must organise there own flights and/or any additional travel expenses.

9. The holder of this voucher cannot on-sell or auction the prize for any monetary benefit. K'gari Beach Resort reserves the right to revoke the validity of the voucher, if such an incident occurs.

10. Any alterations to travel plans may incur a rebooking fee.

11. K'gari Beach Resort may, without notice to the holder of this voucher, substitute any services or the mode of carriage to carry the passenger.

12. Food, beverages and incidental expenses will be at the expense of the holder of this voucher unless otherwise stated.

Dealer/Retail Store T & Cs

1. Condition of entry

   1. Must have purchased a minimum of 4x Black Bear or Mark Ma tyres (per invoice) between 1st October to 30 November 2022. 

   2. Entry is based on per invoice and must be paid within company terms on invoice. 

   3. Every invoice qualifies as 1x entry with a minimum purchase of 4x tyres. Dealers may have more than one entry.

   4. Black Bear Tyres Australia also known as TWT Australia Pty Ltd reserve the right to redraw or dishonour this promotion to any dealer/s that does not abide by TWT Australia trading terms and no emptions can be provided to these terms.

2. Entry is open to Australian tyre/4wd business only.
