We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return most items purchased online, provided you meet the following conditions:
Change of Mind Returns

Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and at their own expense.

Returns will be issued as a store credit for our website, regardless of the original payment method.

Items discounted 50% or more off RRP are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect size.

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please email us at:

Subject line: FAULTY ITEM
Include: Your order/invoice number, name, address, and a brief description of the fault (so we can work with you to turn your frown upside down!).
Once you’ve contacted us:

We will cover the postage cost for returning the faulty item.

When the item is received, it will be inspected.

If accepted as a manufacturing fault, you can choose a replacement, refund, or store credit.

If the fault is not deemed manufacturing-related, the return will not be honoured.

Processing Time
Returns are processed within 7 business days of us receiving your item.
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
