What can I return for change of mind?
- Items purchased within 28 days from date of receipt
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused
- Received a damaged and/or faulty item
- Received an incorrect item

AUSTRALIA POST RETURNS
- Return through your local Australia Post post office in over 4,400 locations
- You can get your label and returns form by completing our new returns process. Just click the create return link, fill in the form to receive your returns label.
- Open Mon - Sat, early until late
- Your return will be processed in approximately 7 working days
